11 days.
That's all I have left of my single days.
But sadly enough, I feel like it still hasn't sunk in. After having waited 8 months, I am still in the mindset of "We still have time..."
Honey, there is NO more time.
And it is only a little stressful.
(I couldn't type that sentence with a straight face if my life depended on it.)
It is incredibly stressful, but,, as my hubby to be, my bridesmaid/best friend, and my own mother have observed, I live off of stress. But this is too much, I just want all of this to be over. I want all of the spending and the drama and the having to tell family members they aren't welcome in my life to be over. It sucks!
But it has also been a wonderfully crazy time. Garrett, my best friend, Stephanie, and I, left Rexburg a week ago (good heavens, only a week?!?) and then camped in Yellowstone for a few days. I got to see my wonderful family, humans and wolves alike, and Stephanie experienced her first "bear crossing the road two feet from the front bumper" so that was fun. I legitimately considered running off to live with the wolves the night before we left; I love that place. But, I reasoned, I might get eaten by a grizzly, so I left somewhat willingly the next day.
Since getting home, I have felt somewhat productive despite another ugly family feud. Seriously, I was born into a soap opera. Its hard being away from Garrett for more that 24 hours since we have spent the last six months together every day, but Steph and my little sisters cause enough trouble without him to keep me distracted.
11 days.
Crazy.
